I frequently hear the question “why aren’t you retired?” The answer is simple…I absolutely, positively LOVE what I do, and continue to have the same passion for our industry that started decades ago. Marketing in general, and especially direct marketing using digital strategies driven by technology and data is my greatest love.

 

I have a lot of knowledge to share, and do so freely with clients, staff, and as a professor at HKUST where I teach marketing to undergraduates and MBA students.
